Sky Gold and Diamonds Limited reported consolidated H1 FY27 revenue of ₹4,403.5 crore, up 68.3% year-on-year, and reported profit after tax of ₹234.3 crore, up 111.9%. Q2 FY27 revenue rose 61% to ₹2,390.7 crore, while the company also completed the acquisition process for Purvi Gems & Jewellery, with Board approval recorded on October 7, 2026.
