Lalithaa Jewellery Mart Limited’s IPO will open on 17 August 2026 and close on 19 August 2026, with a price band of ₹190–₹201 per share and a minimum lot size of 74 shares. The ₹1,700 crore issue comprises a fresh issue of up to ₹1,200 crore and an OFS of up to ₹500 crore.
