The Origin and Vision of MindSpeak

MindSpeak was conceptualized by Mr. Ashok Minawala, Past Chairman of GJC, who envisioned a space where deep intellectual exchange could drive the industry forward. Launched during the COVID-19 pandemic, MindSpeak provided a much-needed platform for jewellers to engage in critical discussions at a time when physical interactions were limited. With daily seminars spanning 90 to 100 days, the initiative explored overlooked topics, igniting fresh perspectives and encouraging participants to rethink and enhance their business strategies.

Under Mr. Minawala’s leadership, MindSpeak has evolved into a key pillar of GJS, consistently delivering high-value discussions that empower the jewellery community.
