The company supplies jewellery to several major organised retailers, including Titan Company, Kalyan Jewellers India, P N Gadgil Jewellers, Senco Gold, Kalamandir Jewellers, Thangamayil Jewellery and DP Abhushan. Revenue from institutional customers increased from ₹131.03 crore in FY24 to ₹322.99 crore in FY26, representing a 57.02% CAGR.

Royal Chain recorded significant growth in its overall financial performance during the period. Revenue from operations increased from ₹2,350.58 crore in FY24 to ₹4,732.45 crore in FY26, while net profit rose from ₹27.36 crore to ₹173.34 crore. During FY26, revenue grew 30.8% from ₹3,617.2 crore in FY25, while profit increased from ₹63.3 crore to ₹173.3 crore.
Improvement in Profitability
The company’s profitability also improved, with its gross margin rising from 4.62% in FY24 to 7.84% in FY26. EBITDA margin increased from 2.71% to 6.09% during the same period.
Use of IPO Proceeds
Royal Chain proposes to utilise ₹650 crore from the net proceeds of the fresh issue towards repayment of debt. The company had total outstanding borrowings of ₹820.4 crore on a standalone basis. The balance proceeds from the issue are proposed to be used for general corporate purposes.

The company’s vertically integrated original design manufacturing (ODM) platform focuses on gold chains and other jewellery and is positioned to cater to the requirements of large organised retailers at scale.
