SRK has also earned the title of the world’s first net-zero natural diamond company, with both its flagship facilities, SRK Empire and SRK House, achieving the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED Platinum certification. Through ongoing enhancements and real-time monitoring of energy use, water consumption, waste management, transportation practices, and occupant satisfaction, these buildings consistently rank among the highest-performing LEED-certified structures globally, surpassing thousands of certified buildings.
