Hosted at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC), the fair welcomed 46,129 trade visitors, reflecting a 15.3% rise in attendance compared to last year. Notably, 61% of attendees were international buyers, representing 121 countries. Among the top markets were India, Myanmar, China, Sri Lanka, and Japan, underscoring the event’s global influence.
“The fair achieved the highest sales results in its history,” shared Sunanta Kangvalkulkij, Director-General of the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), on September 19. “This overwhelming response underscores Thailand’s reputation as a global hub for gems and jewellery.”

The fair brought together 1,106 exhibitors across 2,628 booths, occupying all eight halls of the venue. Colored gemstones led the sales charts, contributing to over one-third of total trade value and strengthening Bangkok’s reputation as the world’s largest colored gemstone sourcing hub.

Building on this record success, organizers have confirmed the 73rd Bangkok Gems & Jewelry Fair will be held from February 22–26, 2026, once again at QSNCC. Plans include expanding the international zone to over 250 booths, reflecting growing global interest.
