Skills of Jaipur’s Artisans

The President of the Jewellers Association, Alok Sonkia, said that the entire world is aware of the skills of Jaipur’s artisans in gem cutting. However, this art also requires technical support.

Long-term Plan for Artisan Support

Secretary of Jewellers Association, Neeraj Lunawat proposed to present a long-term plan for artisan training, better wages, secure future.

Need for Collaboration

JJS Chairman Vimal Chand Surana stated that it is the need of the hour for both organisations to come together to find solutions to the challenges faced by the gem industry.

Promotion of Ruby (Manik)

JJS Secretary, Rajiv Jain said that now special efforts need to be made for promoting Ruby (Manik).
