India’s No. 1 B2B and B2C show — the Jaipur Jewellery Show (JJS) will be held this year with the theme “Coloured Gemstones” at the Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre, Sitapura, from 19 to 22 December 2025. JJS has earned a special global identity as the premier December jewellery show, where top jewellery traders showcase their newest designs and finest craftsmanship. JJS is prominently featured in annual calendars across India and abroad.
JJS 2025: Return in Full Grandeur
JJS – jewellery industry’s leading platform, JJS, is returning this December with its full grandeur. The JJS team is working with great enthusiasm and dedication to make the show a grand success. With the cooperation of exhibitors, visitors, and promotion partners, JJS has consistently achieved remarkable milestones. Exhibitors are showing keen excitement for “The December Show.” This year’s JJS will be even bigger and better.
Background of JJS: Historical Growth
JJS began in 2003 with 67 stalls at Entertainment Paradise (EP) and saw an encouraging response, interaction and zeal. Small wonder than that, the 2004 JJS witnessed a quantum leap to 189 booths. There has been no looking back since then. In 2005, the venue was shifted to the Rajmahal Palace, with as many as 276 stalls. This venue provided greater space and facilities to the exhibitors, other participants and visitors. In 2006, the booths saw an impressive increase to 308; in 2007 to 354; in 2008 to 357; in 2009 to 372; in 2010 to 413; in 2011 to 451; in 2012 to 464; in 2013 to 456; in 2014 to 552; in 2015 to 730; in 2017 to over 800; in 2018 and 2019 to 810; in 2021 to 800; in 2022 to 902; in 2023 to 1100; and in 2024 to more than 1200 booths. To create an even better experience for vendors and buyers, JJS 2025 is set to host its highest-ever number of 1227 booths. This expansion has been made possible by shifting the venue to JECC, which has significantly increased the booth capacity.
Chief Guest and Inauguration of Ceremony
The formal inauguration of JJS will take place at 11 AM on Friday, 19 December, at the Jaipur Convention Centre. The show will be inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Mr. Pritesh Patel, President and CEO of the Gemological Institute of America, Inc. (GIA).
Hosting the Highest-Ever 1227 Booths
Rashmikant Durlabhji initiated JJS with only 67 stalls at Entertainment Paradise in Jaipur. In 2025, JJS will become the largest-ever show with 1227 booths and 660 exhibitors. These will include 624 gold jewellery booths, 314 loose gemstones booths, 74 silver jewellery booths, and 74 allied machinery booths. In previous years, around 66 percent of the booths in the jewellery section are designer booths, which will not only enhance the beauty of JJS but also offer visitors a refreshing sense of novelty.
Participation of Existing and New Exhibitors
JJS-2025 will see the participation of several new exhibitors along with many national brands. This time, the show is expected to host over 8,000 trade visitors and around 50,000 domestic and international visitors.
National and International Participation
JJS-2025 will also feature participation from both national and international exhibitors. This includes one booth from Bangkok. In addition, exhibitors from Jaipur as well as from Mumbai, Kolkata, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Ahmedabad will also be part of the show.
Pink Club Exclusive B2B Pavilion
In JJS 2022, an exclusive new B2B pavilion named ‘Pink Club’, inspired by the name Pink City, was introduced, which has since become one of the main attractions of JJS. This year as well, in JJS 2025, the Pink Club will be part of Hall 2. The Pink Club will feature 74 pre-fabricated booths, including 44 jewellery booths and 30 gemstone booths. Only B2B customers will be allowed to enter this pavilion, which will also offer a special lounge, complimentary tea/coffee, and free Wi-Fi.
Networking Dinner
The exciting highlight of JJS 2025 will be the grand networking dinner organised on 20 December. This evening will provide exhibitors with an excellent platform to interact with top retailers and JJS buyers while enjoying dinner and a live band performance. This time, attendees will get to enjoy a performance by popular Bollywood singer and actor Paresh Pahuja.
The December Show: Visitor Attraction
The Jaipur Jewellery Show — The December show, as it is popularly known, has become an important event with over 50,000 domestic and foreign visitors coming for the event. These visitors get the opportunity to witness the latest and the finest of what the Gems & Jewellery industry has to offer. These products are not only limited to Jaipur but feature merchandise from exhibitors worldwide. The Department of Tourism, Government of Rajasthan has listed this event on their annual calendar for the tourists and visitors. A large number of tour operators have dovetailed their itinerary with this prestigious event which enables the group of both foreign and domestic tourists to visit the show.
Media Blitz and Promotions
JJS 2025 will witness some organized and well-planned publicity blitz. A select mix of print and electronic media will make the promotional campaign highly effective. Furthermore, there will also be a judicious use of highway hoardings and FM radio. Outdoor publicity will also see a new high this year with extensive coverage not only in Jaipur but also other cities. The Print Media advertisements will see publicity in local and national newspapers, national consumer publications, and trade publications. Radio FM, which has become such a publicity agent, saw advertisements in Radio City, FM Tadka, My FM, Red FM, and Radio Mirchi. The direct promotion saw publicity in the form of the JJS Calendar, notebook, and slip pads, etc.
Coloured Gemstone Promotion Group and Brand Ambassador
The Jaipur Jewellery Show will focus on the theme “Coloured Gemstones.” After highlighting emeralds and rubies in previous editions, this year’s show will place special emphasis on the entire range of coloured gemstones. To promote this, a Coloured Gemstone Promotion Group has also been launched, comprising 12 members. He also announced that Miss Universe India 2023, Shweta Sharda, is the brand ambassador for Jaipur Jewellery Show 2025.
Lunch and Tea Facilities
The visitors will once again be able to enjoy the much-appreciated complimentary lunch, a feature that has received great appreciation over the years.
JJS–IJ Design Awards
The JJS–IJ Design Awards, conducted by Indian Jeweller Magazine will once again be organised this year. This prestigious event is eagerly awaited. The winners were selected during the Grand Jury Meet. Now in its 15th year, the JJS–IJ Design Awards have earned a special place in the hearts of jewellery connoisseurs across India and abroad. Year after year, the awards have showcased and honoured the very best in design and creativity from across the country. This year, the IJ Awards received 834 entries. Out of these, more than 135 designs across 19 categories were evaluated by a distinguished jury. The entries were judged on the basis of innovation, wearability, uniqueness, finishing, design, and craftsmanship. All finalists will be felicitated at a grand ceremony on 19 December 2025 at the Jaipur Jewellery Show. Participation of Top Retailers and GJC
Around 1,000 of India’s top jewellery retailers have confirmed their participation in JJS this year. These retailers visit the show every year on JJS’s invitation and actively engage as B2B buyers, establishing consistent supply channels for their products. This ensures ongoing communication between buyers and jewellery manufacturers. The Board of Directors of the All India Gems & Jewellery Domestic Council (GJC) has been invited by JJS to attend the show. GJC is the national trade federation responsible for the growth and promotion of the gems and jewellery trade across India. More than 50 leading jewellery retailers from across the country will attend this grand event. They will also get the opportunity to select items from a large number of booths at the show. Their presence will allow exhibitors to engage with industry experts and discuss key issues related to the gems and jewellery sector. More than 50 GJC members are expected to participate in the Zonal Conveners Meeting as well.

Security and Insurance
The organizers have also made arrangements for individual cameras as well as JJS level for security. To further enhance the security this year, nearly 500 plus cameras have been installed in common areas. This year also there will be a bar coded entry system for the visitors.
Business Hours
The show will remain open for business visitors from 10 AM to 7 PM. For general visitors, the timing will be 1:30 PM to 7 PM. On the final day, Monday, 22 December, the show will close at 6:30 PM. (Entry to the exhibition hall will close 30 minutes before the closing time.)

Jaipur Jewellery Design Festival (JJDF)
To encourage and promote designers, the Jaipur Jewellery Show is hosting the Jaipur Jewellery Design Festival (JJDF) for the 8th time this year. The festival will feature 67 booths. Key attractions include designer booths, live demonstrations by artisans showcasing traditional ghaat work and intricate engraving techniques. An institutional display will offer insights into the technical aspects of jewellery design and production. Under “Uncut,” engaging knowledge sessions and special talk shows with industry leaders will also be organised. At JJDF, students from 8 to 10 leading design institutes will be given a platform to showcase their creations. JJDF 2025 will highlight Jaipur’s creativity through the participation of emerging designers from top institutes, as well as artisans and designers.
Medical Facilities
Special attention has been given to the convenience and safety of visitors. The show will have robust arrangements for medical aid, ambulance services, fire safety, and overall security.
JJS’s Contribution to Environmental Protection
JJS has always made a significant contribution towards environmental protection. In this direction, canvas has been used for branding the show this year. Apart from this, a PET bottle crusher machine will also be installed in JJS this year, which will allow the plastic bottles to be destroyed immediately and their granules to be recycled. This initiative will help in the disposal of plastic waste and will contribute to environmental protection.
Focus on New Trends in Jewellery
One of the key highlights of the Jaipur Jewellery Show is its strong focus on the latest designs and new jewellery settings. Visitors get to explore everything from traditional heavy gold ornaments to the latest trends in lightweight jewellery. Those looking for fashion accessories and stone-studded pieces will not be disappointed. A strong demand for both yellow and white gold jewellery is expected. Jewellery featuring fancy-cut gemstones with traditional and oriental aesthetics will be displayed. Kundan Meena jewellery is also expected to remain a major attraction this year. The innovative use of lightweight and coloured gemstones will introduce several affordable jewellery items.
Best Booth Trophy
A new award category has been added to JJS this year. Under this category, the first and second best booths in the 9-square-metre segment will be honoured.
JJS – A Complete Show Offering
This year too, the JJS will be a complete show with diamonds, colour stones, precious metals – silver, gold, base metals-carving and beads. The exposition will also cover jewellers and gemstone dealers, jewellery institutes, publications apart from others. There will be separate sections for jewellery and gemstones. This categorization will make it convenient for the customers to search out the product of their choice.
